Privacy policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
This page explains what Pink Fox (pinkfox.io) does with the information you give us when you join our waitlist. We're based in Singapore and handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The date and time you joined.
- Where you came from, if we can tell (for example a link we shared, or the website that sent you). This is optional and only used to see which of our posts work.
- A scrambled, one-way version of your IP address, used to stop the form being flooded. We can't turn it back into your IP address and we delete it within 24 hours.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which is normal for any website.
Why we collect it
Only to email you when Pink Fox launches, and to keep the form safe from abuse. By submitting the form you agree to us using your email address for this. We don't sell your details, and we don't share them for anyone else's marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Neon stores the waitlist in a database in Singapore.
They process the data on our behalf and only for this purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your email only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent and have it deleted. Email us at hello@pinkfox.io and we'll reply within 30 days.
Security
Your details are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to the waitlist is limited to the Pink Fox team.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
